Public Sharing: When you share prompts publicly via share links, anyone with the link can view that content. You're responsible for what you choose to share publicly.

Content Responsibility: You're responsible for the content you create and share. Make sure you have the right to use any content you upload.

Your plan comes with specific limits (prompts, workspaces, AI tools usage, etc.). If you exceed these limits, you may need to upgrade your plan. We'll notify you before enforcing any limits.

We reserve the right to adjust usage limits with reasonable notice to ensure fair use for all users.

Paid Plans: When you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Depends on the situation—contact us within 3 days of purchase to discuss.

Price Changes: Changes won't affect your current billing period.

We strive to keep Prompt25 available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance or make updates from time to time.

We're not liable for any downtime, data loss, or inability to access the service, though we'll always do our best to minimize disruptions.

Our Platform: Prompt25 and all its features, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You own your prompts and content. We claim no ownership over what you create.

Feedback: If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, we're free to use them without any obligation to you.

By You: You can request to delete your account at any time.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. We'll try to give you notice when possible.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you'll lose access to your account.

Prompt25 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy or reliability of the service
• The results you'll achieve using our AI tools
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The security of your content (though we implement reasonable security measures)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt25 and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
